An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County,
Virginia, was held on March 13, 1992, at 12:30 P.M., Rooms 5/6, County Office
Building, McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia.
PRESENT: Mr. Edward H. Bain, Jr., Mr. David P. Bowerman, Mrs.
Charlotte Y. Humphris and Mr. Walter F. Perkins.
ABSENT: Mr. Forrest R. Marshall, Jr. and Mr. Charles S. Martin.
OFFICER PRESENT: County Executive~ Robert W. Tucker, Jr.
This was a luncheon meeting scheduled with members of the Charlottes-
ville City Council (Present were: Mr. Alvin Edwards, Mrs. Kaye Slaughter, Mr.
Thomas Vandeveer and Mr. David Toscano) in order to discuss items of mutual
concern between the County and the City. There was no formal agenda for this
first meeting, and no overall group discussion of any topic.
At 1:33 P.M., motion was offered by Mr. Bain, seconded by Mr. Perkins,
to adjourn this meeting until March 18, 1992, at 1:00 P.M. for a budget work
session. Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded
vote:
AYES: Mrs. Humphris, Mr. Perkins, Mr. Bain and Mr. Bowerman.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Marshall and Mr. Martin.
