An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County,
Virginia, was held on January 8, 1992, at 4:00 P.M., Meeting Room 11, County
Office Building, McIntire Road, Charlottesville, Virginia. This meeting was
adjourned from January 2, 1992.
PRESENT: Mr. Edward H. Bain, Jr., Mr. David P. Bowerman, Mrs. Char-
lotte Y. Humphris, Messrs. Forrest R. Marshall, Jr., Charles S. Martin (arriv-
ing at 4:26 p.m.) and Walter F. Perkins.
ABSENT: None.

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. by the
