Here are the applications from before. We now have 71 lots, so the updated fees are:
Initial site plan fee: $2,741
Initial subdivision plat: $1,526
The submittal is 3pm on Monday,just need the checks before then.

Attached are the applications and fees for the B rkmar project. I called it Berkmar Overlook, but we can
change it if you want to.
Initial site plan fee: $2,693
Initial subdivision plat: $1,526
The submittal is at 3pm today. If it's easier, we can write a check for the submittal fees and just pick up
a check from you later today or tomorrow made out to CE for the submittal fees.
Also, for the sanitary sewer to the site, we will need Stuard Wood (the same owner that is selling the (2)
parcels that you are purchasing) to grant you a sanitary sewer easement on his property across the
street. He owns that property, and we need to run sewer along the edge of that property to sewer this
property.
