This amendment request is specific to Block 1, which is where the Shops at Riverside Village are located. This amendment seeks to establish residential units in the vacant commercial spaces, by eliminating the minimum commercial square footage requirement for Block 1. All commercial to residential renovations are interior to existing buildings; no new buildings are proposed with this zoning map amendment request. We invite you to ask questions and share comments about the proposed project, County review procedures, and relevant regulations and policies of the County applicable to the proposed project at a community meeting.
