V. Kirk Hughes, dated April 5, 1985, a copy of which is attached hereto to be recorded herewith. Said property is a portion of the property which was conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed from the Char- lottesville Woolen Mills, Inc., dated December 1, 1964, of record in the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Albemarle County, Virginia, in Deed Book 403 at page 587. This conveyance is made subject to all easements, restric- tions and conditions contained in duly -recorded deeds, plats or other instruments constituting constructive notice in the chain of title to the above -described property which have not expired by time limitations contained therein or otherwise become in- effective.
