An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was held
on January 22, 1986, at 3:00 P.M., Meeting Room 11, County Office Building, 401 McIntire
Road, Charlottesville, Virginia; said meeting being adjourned from January 15, 1986.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. F. R. Bowie, Mrs. Patricia H. Cooke (arrived at 3:10 P.M),
Messrs. Gerald E. Fisher, C. Timothy Lindstrom and Peter T. Way.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr.
OFFICERS PRESENT: County Executive, Mr. Guy B. Agnor, Jr.; County Attorney, Mr. George
St. John; and Deputy County Executive, Robert W. Tucker, Jr.

Call to Order.
The meeting was called to order at 3:07 P.M., by the
Agenda Item No. 2. Executive Session: Acquisition, Disposal or use of Public Property.
(Mrs. Cooke arrived at 3:10 P.M.) Mr. Lindstrom offered motion for an executive session
for discussion of acquisition, disposal or use of public property. Mr. Way seconded the
motion. Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Mr. Bowie, Mrs. Cooke, Messrs. Fisher, Lindstrom and Way.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley.
(At 4:25 P.M., the Board reconvened into open session.)

Motion was offered by Mr. Bowie to approve the minutes of September 4, 1985 (night),
pages 8-17. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lindstrom. Roll was called and the motion
carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Mr. Bowie, Mrs. Cooke, Messrs. Fisher, Lindstrom and Way.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley.

Motion was offered by Mr. Bowie, seconded by Mr. Way, to appoint Mr. Andrew D. Evans as
Acting Zoning Administrator until the position of Zoning Administrator is filled. Roll was
called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Mr. Bowie, Mrs. Cooke, Messrs. Fisher, Lindstrom and Way.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley.
