An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was held
on Saturday, February 1, 1986, at 9:00 A.M., Charlottesville High School Media Center,
Charlottesville, Virginia; said meeting being adjourned from January 28, 1986.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. F. R. Bowie, Mrs. Patricia H. Cooke, Messrs. Gerald E.
Fisher, C. Timothy Lindstrom and Peter T. Way.
BOARD MEMBER ABSENT: Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr.
OFFICERS PRESENT: County Executive, Mr. Guy B. Agnor, Jr.
Agenda Item No. 1. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 9:45 A.M., by the
Chairman, Mr. Fisher.
Agenda Item No. 2. Status of Legislation and Prospects of Adoption.
The Board met with Mr. Francis L. Buck and Mrs. Mary Alice Gunter of City Council,
Delegate Mitchell Van Yahres and Delegate George F. Allen to discuss legislative items
pending before the General Assembly at this time. No action was taken.
Agenda Item No. 3. Adjourn. At 11:50 A.M., Mr. Lindstrom offered motion, seconded by
Mr. Bowie, to adjourn until February 5, 1986 at 4:00 P.M. Roll was called and the motion
carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Mr. Bowie, Mrs. Cooke, Messrs. Fisher, Lindstrom and Way.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley.
