Since the community meeting for this application has not yet occurred, the application should not go forward to a public hearing yet. I know we usually include an "Action After Receipt of Comments" document with ZMA comment letters that lays out your options for how to proceed (go to a public hearing with the Planning Commission or defer the application). I did not include that document since the only option here is to request a deferral until the community meeting takes place. Please verify that you agree to deferring the application pursuant to Section 18-33.11 of the Zoning Ordinance. You are allowed to request a deferral for up to 36 months, and in this case that would be January 3, 2026. If the application is deferred, then you will be able to resubmit a revised application (if you choose to do so) during the deferral period. Please let me know if you have any questions.
