An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was
scheduled for January 14, 1982 at 2:00 P.M. in the County Executive's Conference Room,
Fourth Floor, County Office Buidling, Charlottesville, Virginia; said'meeting being adjourned
from January 13, 1982.
Present: Messrs. James R. Butler, Gerald E. Fisher and C. Timothy Lindstrom (arrived
at 2:45 P.MJ).
Absent: .Mrs. Patricia H. Cooke, Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr. and Miss Ellen V. Nash.
Officer Present: County Executive, Guy B. Agnor, Jr.
This meeting was scheduled to be in session with the City/County Negotiating Committee
on Annexation and Revenue Sharing. The meeting convened at 2:25 P.M. When Mr. Lindstrom
arrived at 2:45 P.M., he offered motion to adjourn into executive session to discuss legal
matters. The Motion was seconded by Mr. Butler and carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Butler, Fisher and Lindstrom.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mrs. Cooke, Mr. Henley and Miss Nash.
The meeting came back into open session at 4:30 P.M. and motion was immediately offered
by Mr. Butler, seconded by Mr. Lindstrom, to adjourn until January 20, 1982, at 2:30 P.M.
in Meeting Room #11. The motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Butler, Fisher and Lindstrom.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mrs. Cooke, Mr. Henley and Miss Nash.
