An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was
held on February 19, 1981, at 3:15 P.M. in the County Executive's Conference Room, Count. y
Office Building, Charlottesville, Virginia; said meeting being adjourned from February 18,
1981.
Present: Messrs. Gerald E. Fisher, J. T. Henley, Jr. (arrived at 3:30 P.M.), C. Timothy
Lindstrom (arrived at 3:19 P.M.), Layton R. McCann and Miss Ellen V. Nash.
Absent: Dr. F. Anthony Iachetta.
Agenda Item No. 1. The meeting was called to order at 3:19 P.M. by the Chairman.
Agenda Item No. 2. Motion was offered by Mr. Lindstrom, seconded by Mr. McCann, to
adjourn into executive session for discussion of personnel matters. The motion carried by
the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Fisher, Lindstrom, McCann and Miss Nash.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley and Dr. Iachetta.
(Note: Mr. Henley arrived at 3:30 P.M. and left the meeting at 5:00 P.M.)
The Board reconvened into open session at 5:15 P.M. and motion was offered by Miss Nash,
seconded by Mr. McCann, to adjourn until February 23, 1981. The motion carried by the
following recorded vote'
