Finance; and George R. St. John, County Attorney.

by Miss Nash, to adjourn into executive session to discuss legal and personnel matters.
ROll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Fisher, Henley, Iachetta, Lindstrom, McCann and Miss Nash.
NAYS: None.
