An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was
held on September 28, 1981 at 3:00 P.M. in the Basement Conference Room, City Hall, Charlottes
Virginia; said meeting adjourned from September 16, 1981.
Present: Messrs. Gerald E. Fisher, F. Anthony Iachetta, C. Timothy Lindstrom, Layton
R. McCann and Miss Ellen V. Nash.
Absent: Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr.
Officers Present:
St. John.
County Executive, Guy B. Agnor, Jr. and County Attorney, George R.
The meeting was called to order at 3:08 P.M. Motion was immediately offered by Dr.
Iachetta, seconded by Miss Nash, to adjourn into executive session to discuss legal matters.
Roll was called and the motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Fisher, Iachetta, Lindstrom, McCann and Miss Nash.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley.
At 4:30 P.M., the Board reconvened into open session. Motion was immediately offered
by Dr. Iachetta, seconded by Mr. Lindstrom, to adjourn to October 5, 1981 at 2:30 P.M., in
Meeting Room 11, County Office Building, Charlottesville, Virginia. Roll was called and
the motion carried by the following recorded vote:
