establishment of private school serving a max of 350 students, in accord w/Sec 15.2.2.5 of Zoning
Ord. TM61, Ps170,173&179A, contains approx 12.97 acs. Located on Rio Rd E (Rt 631) at
intersec of Rio Rd E & Pen Park Rd (Rt 768). Property znd R-4 & designated Urban Density

8. SP-2001-052. John Decarlo (Signs #91&92). Public hearing on a request to allow activity w/in the
