An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was
held on October 30, 1981, at 3:00 P.M. in the County Executive's Conference Room, County
Office Building, Charlottesville, Virginia; said meeting being adjourned from October 21, 1981
Present: Messrs. Gerald E. Fisher, F. Anthony Iachetta, C. Timothy Lindstrom and
Miss Ellen V. Nash.
Absent: Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr. and Mr. Layton R. McCann.
The meeting was called to order at 3:06 P.M. by the Chairman. Motion was immediately
offered to adjourn into executive session for a discussion of legal matters by Mr. Lindstrom.
seconded by Dr. Iachetta, and carried by the following recorded vote:

The Board reconvened into open session at 3:25 P.M. and immediately adjourned.
