An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was held
on December 4, 1981, at 9:30 A.M. in Meeting Room #11, County Office Building, Charlottesville
Virginia; said meeting being adjourned from December 2, 1981.
Present: Messrs. Gerald E. Fisher, F. Anthony Iachetta, C. Timothy Lindstrom, Layton R.
McCann and Miss Ellen V. Nash.
Absent: Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr.
Officer Present: County Executive, Guy B. Agnor, Jr.
This meeting was scheduled to be in session with the City/County Negotiating Committee on
Annexation and Revenue Sharing. The meeting was called to order at 9:42 A.M. by the Chairman,
Mr. Fisher. Motion was immediately offered to adjourn into executive session to discuss legal
matters by Dr. Iachetta, seconded-by Mr. Lindstrom, and carried by the following recorded vote
AYES: Messrs. Fisher, Iachetta, Lindstrom, McCann and Miss Nash.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley.
The Board came back into open session at 11:38 A.M. and immediately adjourned.
