An adjourned meeting of the Baard of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, was held
on November 24, 1980, at 3:00 P.M., in the County Executive's Conference Room, County
Office Building, Charlottesville, Virginia; said meeting adjourned from November 20, 1980.
Present: Messrs. Gerald E. Fisher, F. Anthony Iachetta, C'.~cTimothy Li~dstrom,
Layt~n~R. McCann and Miss Ellen V. Nash.
Absent: Mr. J. T. Henley, Jr.

Mr. Guy B. Agnor, Jr., Comnty Executive and Mr. George R. St. John,

The meeting was called to order at 3:10 P.M., by the Chairman, Mr.
Agenda Item No. 2. MOtion was offered by Mr. Lindstrom, seconded by MEss Nash, to
adjourn~into executive session to discuss legal matters. Roll was called on the foregoing
motion and same carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Fisher, ia~he~a~!~LindSt~rom, McCann and Miss Nash.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Henley.

Agenda Item No. 3. Motion was offerad by Mr. Lindstrom, seconded by Miss Nash, to
adjourn to December 3, 1980 at 3:00 P.M., in the Board Room of the County Office Building.
