20. To consider an Ordinance to amend Chapter 9, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, of the Albemarle
County Code, by amending Section 9-404 License fees – amounts, to increase the fee for a motor
vehicle decal by two dollars ($2.00) on motor vehicles and motorcycles and by one dollar and fifty
cents ($1.50) on trailers, semitrailers, and specialized mobile equipment.
