An adjourned meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County,
Virginia, was held on July 30, 1974, at 11:30 A.M. in the Board Room of the
County Office Building, Charlottesville, Virgini~ said meeting being adjourned
from a special called session held on July 29, 1~974.
Present: Messrs. Stuart F. Carwile, Gerald E. Fisher, J. T. Henley, Jr.,
William C. Thacker, Jr., Gordon L. Wheeler and Lloyd F. Wood, Jr.
Absent: None.
Officers Present: County Executiv~ County Attorney and Assistant Director
of Finance.
Motion was offered by Mr. Henley to adjourn into executive session to discuss
legal matters. The motion was seconded by Mr. Carwile and carried by the following
recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Carwile, Fisher, Henley, Thacker, and~Whee!~r.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Mr. Wood. (Note: Mr. Wood arrived after the vote was taken).
The Board reconvened at i:00.~P.M.
Upon proper motion the meeting was adjourned.
