Pursuant to the following notice, which was hand delivered on October 2, 1973,
the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia, met in special session at
2:00 P.M. on October 4, 1973, in the Board Room of the County Office Building,
Charlottesville, Virginia.
Present: Messrs. Stuart F. Carwile, Gerald E. Fisher, J. T. Henley~ Jr.,
William C. Thacker, Jr., Gordon L. Wheeler and Lloyd F. Wood, Jr.
Absent: None.
Officers present: County Executive and County Attorney.
"This is to give notice of special meeting called by Mr. Stuart F. Carwile
and Mr. GOrdon L. Wheeler for the purpose of adjourning into an executive
session to discuss legal matters.
"Messrs. Carwile and Wheeler have asked that this meeting be held at
2:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 4, 1973, in the Board Room of the County
Office Building."
The meeting was called to order.
Mr. Henley to adjourn into executive session to discuss legal matters.
by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Carwile, Fisher, Henley, Thacker, Wheeler and Wood.
NAYS: None.
The Board reconvened at 4:00 P.M.
Upon proper motion, the meeting adjourned.
