Pursuant to the following notice, which was hand delivered on November 6, 1973,
the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County, Virginia met in special session at
1:00 P.M. on November 7, 1973, in the Board Room of the County Office Building,
Charlottesville, Virginia, with the following members:
Present: Messrs. Stuart F. Carwile, Gerald E. Fisher, Gordon L. Wheeler and
Lloyd F. Wood, Jr.
Absent: Messrs. J. T. Henley, Jr. and William C. Thacker, Jr.
"This is to give notice of special meeting called by Mr. Stuart F. Carwile and
Mr. Gordon L. Wheeler for the purpose of adjourning into an executive session
to discuss legal matters.
"Messrs. Carwile and Wheeler have asked that this meeting be held at l:00~P.M.
on Wednesday, November 7, 1973, in the Board Room of the County Office
Building."
The undersigned hereby affix their signatures to show that notice was received
and do hereby consent to any and all business and the taking of such action at said
meeting upon the matters hereinabove mentioned as may be lawful, incident and necessary
thereto.

Motion was offered by Mr. Fisher, seconded by Mr. Carwile, to adjourn this
meeting until 4:00 P.M. on November 14, 1973 in the Board Room of the County Office
Building. Motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Carwile, Fisher, Wheeler and Wood.
NAYS:None.
