.An adjourned meeting of the Boamd of County Supervisors of Albem~le County,
Virginia, was held at 11: 50 A.M. on this date in the County Office Building, said
meeting being adJo~urned~from March 22, 1972.
Present: Nessrs. Stuart F. Carwile, Gerald E. Fisher, J. T. Henley, Jr.,
Gordon L. Wheeler and Lloy& F. Wood, Jr.
Absent: Nr. William C. Thacker, Jr.
Officers present: County Attorney.
On request of the Chairman, motion was made to go in~o executive session to
discuss annexation, motion being made by Nr. Wood, seconded by Nr. Henley, and
adopted by the following recorded vote:
AYES: ~essrs. Fisher, Henley, ~heeler and Wood.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: ~essrs. Carwile and Thacker.
The Board reconvened at 3:20 P.~. On request of the Chairman, this meeting
was adjourned until 7:00 P.M., March 29, 1972, to take up personnel matter at 7:00
P.N. and annual road hearing at 7:30 P.N., motion being made by Nr. Fisher, seconded
by Nr. Henley, and adopted by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Ness~s. Carwile, Fisher, Henley, Wheeler and Wood.
NAYS: None.
ABEENT: Nr. Thabker.
