meeting being adjourned from May 22, 1972.
Present: Messrs. Stuart F. Carwile, Gerald E.-Fisher, J. T. Henley, Jr.

William C. Thacker, Jr./ Gordon L. Wheeler
Absent: Mr. Lloyd F. Wood, Jr.
Officer present: County Executive.
Upon motion by Mr. Fisher, seconded by Mr. Thacker, the Board adjourned into
executive ~ession. Motion passed by the following recorded vote:

The Board reconvened.

until 7:30 P.M. on this same date, in the Court Room of the Albemarle County
Court House. Motion carried by the following recorded vote:
