Motion was offered by Mr. Henley, seconded by Mr. Thacker to adjourn~
into executive session. Motion carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. C~rwile, Fisher, Henley, Thacker, Wheeler and Wood.

The Board reconvened.
