Pursuant to the following waiver, the Board of 'CountySupervisors of Albe-
marle County~ Virginia~ met in special session at ~:00 P.M. on this date~ in
the County Office Building~ Charlottesville~ Virginia, With the following
members present: Messrs. Stuart F. Carwile, Gerald E. Fishery Jr. T.. Henley, Jr.,
William C. Thacker~ Jr. and Gordon L.~ Wheeler. Absent: Mr,. Lloyd F. ~Woed~ Jr.
We~' the. und~rsigned~ members of the Board of County Supervisors of'
Albemarle County, Virginia~ do hereby waive notice and specie1
service thereof~ of a meeting to he held at ~:00 P.M. on the 28th day
of June, ~972, for the purpose of discussible personnel and personnel'
salaries, and we do hereby consent to any and all business and the
taking of such action at said meeting upon the matter hereinabove'
mentioned as may be lawful~ incident and necessary thereto.
