An adjourned meeting of the Board of County Supervisors of Albemarle County,
~irginia was held this date at 2:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the County Office
Building~ said meeting being adjourned from September 28, 1972.
Present: Messrs. Stuart F. Carwile, Gerald E. Fishery J. To Henley~ Jr.~
William C. Thackery Jr.~ Gordon Lo Wheeler and Lloyd F. Wood~ Jr.
Absent: None.
Officers present: County Executive.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
On motion by Mr. Carwile, seconded by Mr. Woody the meeting was adjourned
into executive session for discussion of legal matters with counsel. Motion
carried by the following recorded vote:
AYES: Messrs. Carwile, Fisher~ Henley~ Thacker~ Wheeler and Wood.
NAYS: None.
The Board reconvened.
Upon Droper motion~ ~h~ meeting was adjourned.
