P~rsuant to the following waiver, members of the Board of County SUPervisors of Albemarle
County, Virginia, met in special session on this date in the County Office Building, Charlottesville,
Virginia, at 3:00 P.No, with the followiug present: ~essrs~ Edgar N. Garnett, Ho Ashby Harris, Edward
L. Smith, ~. Y. Sutherland, Jr., ~and ~obert Thraves. Absent: Nr. John W. Williams.
We, the undersigned, members of the Board~of County Supervisors of Albemarle County,
Virginia, hereby waive notice and special service thereoF, of a meeting to be held
at $:00 P.~. on the sixth day of February~ 1959, in the County Office Building,
CharlOttesville, ¥irginia, for the purpose of considering a certain plat and we do
hereby consent to the transaction of any and all business and the taking of such
action st said meeting upon the matter hereinabove mentioned as may be lawful, inci-

Plat was presented of certain lots on Holmes Avenue located i~ Albemarle Homes Subdivision,
said plat ~ being preDared ~by Nr. Nilliam Roudabush and correcting old plat p~pared by Nr. C. H.
Shapleigh. It was noted that this plat had been approved by the Couuty Planning Commission, On motion
of ~r. Thraves, seconded by Mr. Sutherland, this plat was approved and the Chairman and Clerk were
authorized to sign same on behalf of this Board, contingent upon approval by the City Planning Commissic
