Pursuant to the following wstver, the members ef the Board of Court%y SUPervisors of Albemarle
Oounty, Virginia, met in special session on this date at the County Office Building with the following
members present: Messrs. C. Purcell McCue, Eo H. Bain, H. Ashby Harris, Edward E. Smith, ~. W. Williams~
and W. W. Wood.
We, the undersigned, members of the Board of County SuPervisors of Albemarle County,
Virginia, hereby waive notice,~and special service thereof, of a meeting to be held
at 7:30 P.M. on the 22nd day of May, 1953, in the County Office Building, Charlottes-
ville, Virginia, for the purpose of appointing a successor to Mr. D. A. Robinson,
OountyExecutive and Director~?of Finance, and we do hereby consent to the transaction
of any and all business a~ the taking of such action at said meeting upon the matter
hereinabove mentioned as maybe lawful, incident, and necessary, thereto.
