iucrease of $200.00 for the Clerk, $200.00 for the Deputy Clerk, $120.00 for each of the typists, and
$10.00 for postage. Upon motion, made by Mr. Bain and seconded by Mr. Smith, the following resolution
was unanimously adopted:

Virginia, that the Salary and Expense Request Form for the calendar year 1955 in
the total amount of $9,210.00, as prepared by Eva. W. Naupin, Clerk, for the

wea!th's Attorney requesting no increase for the year 1955. This request was discussed and it was the
expressed feeling of the Board that Mr. Smith should be increased.

Attorney, for-the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney, be amended to increase
Mr. Smith's Salary from $4,400.00 to $4,700.00 making a total of $5,620.00, and

County, Virginia, met in special session on this date in the County Office Building at 7:30 P.M. with th~
