Bruce. ~enry Chiles, C. Purcell McCue, and W. W. Wood. tALL AND WAIVER OF NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY SUPERVISORS OF ALBE~AHLE COUNTY, VIRGINIA We, the undersigned members of the B&ard of County Supervisors of Albemarle County~ Virginia, do hereby waive notice and service of notice of a Special Meeting of the Board of County Supervisors to be held at eight o~clock P. M. on the 2nd day of July, 1945, at the Board Room in the County Office Building, on Court Square, in the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a resolution touching the change of accounts in the several bank depositories from "H. A. Haden, Director of Finance" to "Hunter G. Cockrell, Director of Finance"; and to consider with the School Board of Albemarle County a program looking to the improvement of the public school system in the County of Albemarle; and to do all other things in and about the pur~ poses heretofore stated that may be lawful, incident and necessary thereto. Bruce ~enz~ Chiles The following resolution was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS~ Henry A~ Haden heretofore tendered his resignation as County Executive and Director of Finance to the Board of County Super- visors of Albemarle County, such resignation to become effective at the close of business on June 30th, 1945; and Hunter G. Cockrell was duly elected and has qUalified as such County Executive and Director of Finance for the County of Albemarle, assuming the duties of office as of the 1st day of July~ 1945; BE IT P~SOLVED, THEREFORE, that the Peoples National Bam~k~ National Bank and Trust Company, and Citizena Bank and Trust Company, present depositories of State and County funds~ be and they are hereby directed to change the accounts and deposits in the respective insti- tutions from "County of Albemarle, by Ho A. Haden, Director of Finance,~' to ~County of Albemarle, by Hunter G.
