Upon motion, duly made and seconded, the CCm~onwealth-'s Attorney vms instructed %o

defense of the Annexation Suit, and report back at the regular meeting to be hel~ on August
17, 1958.
Mr. W. 0. Fife, ~ Commonweal th' s Attorney, explained to ~the~.Boa,r~ha%,~.~c~da~.~.on the
Pry~s Spring Sanitary DistriCt' could not be issued until after the opening of the October,
1958, Term of Court. It was also b~e~,,gh%,,~t~.,,,~the..,:~t~on-~:of the Board that the terms of the
grant from the Public Works Administration provided for the commencement of this.~we=l~ by
August 26, 1958.
Upon motion, duly~ made and seconded, 'it was ordered ~that the County Executive and the
~ommcnweal~h's Attorney arrange a conference with the Regional Director of the Public Wc~ks
dministration to attempt to secure'an ext~sien of time within which to begin this work.
