it appearing to~oard that it will be necessary to' ~o~r6w some money
with which to pay 0ounty exEpenses between now and the collecting o£ 192i t~xes.
it is Ordered that the Treasurer o£ this County be, and he is hereby
authorized in the shine, and on the behalf o£ the Oounty o£ ~lbemarle, ~to make arrenge,
ments with some bank or banks for them to advance the neces'ssry amounts, not to
exceed sixteen thousand dollars ~ $16 ,000 .00 ~ and to execute such obligation or
obligations in the name, and on behal£ o£ said. Oounty ss may be necessary to
secure such advancement or advancements, and also by such obligation or obligations
pledge 1921 taxes £or same.
