The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
in the matter of Garters ~ridge, on motion cf O.Purcetl mcOue
and seconded by j.m.~ray it is ordered that a committee consisting of messers Hinehart
Pitts and ~,ee be appointed in the n~me and on behalf cf the Oounty to receive bids for
the s~eel for Oarters Bridge upon condition that at least three bids are submitted.
