The minutes of the last meeting were' read and approved,
On motion duly seconded it is ordered that the sunl of $57%0.~00 be
aPDropriated to the Yoi~ Health Department for the fisCial year.

O~ motion duly seconded it is unanimously ordered that the C;ounty
School rate be reduced 70 cts on th~ $100.00 assessment.
On motion af C.Purcel! DIcOue & aeconded by ~.H.Langhorne it is
unanu~nously ordered t)at the excess over $25,000.00 in the County S~hool~ Fumd
be refunded to the several districts in the proportion it is paid into the County
Fund.
On motion a~f C.Purcell ~cGue and seconded b.y P.H.Gentry it is ordered
that the intangible tax paid into the state and refunded to the County be returned
to the several districts from which it was paid.
The following reco~endati~ns of the Finance C.o~mmittee were unanimous.

That the defic&t of $1,018.$~ in the Rivanna District Bond Fund be
transfered to the Rivanna District Road Fumd and ~he Bond l~d be closed;
That the ~eficit o£ ~0.02 in the Ivy District Bond Fund be transferr
to the Ivy District Road Fu~d and the Bond Fund be closed.
That the deficit of $~,238.21 ink. the Scottsville District Bo~d fund
be transferred to the Scottsville District Road Fu~d and the Bond Fu~d be closed.
That the credit of $7,695.02 in the Samuel ~ilter District Bond
FUnd be transferred to the Samuel Eiller District ~ Fund.
That Charlottesville District retire $21,500. ~f its bonds held by
the following Districts, Ivy District $2500.; Samuel EilIer DistriCt
and Rivanna District $),500. and that these districts sinking funds be credited
with the amounts so paid.
That Scottsville District retire $30,000.00 of its bonds held by the
~qaite Hall District and that this district's sinking fund be credited with that

amount.

On motion duly seconded the following resolution was unanimously
On petition of citizens along road leading from Tylers Store in
Rivanna Igagisterial District to Rugby on O.&.0. Railway the board agreed to take
over o~ mile of this road for ~maintenance provided the citizens put in drains and
move fences back so as to give a minimum of 30 ft. right of Way.
