O.Purcell EcOue, ~.~H.:Langhorne and O.A.Eilter.
In the matter of Reward for the capture of the murderer
or murdress of 2ames E. Alten cf Albemarle Gou~ty.
On motion duly seconded it is ordered that the sum of
~$250.00 be approDriated for the capture of the murderer or murdress of ~ames H.Allen
to be paid on the approval of the SherifE, Gommonwealth Attorney and Olerk.

On motion of J.E. Abell and seconded by P.H.Gentry the
following resolution was unanimously adopted.
Be It Resolved that the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle
Oounty, is unalterably oppos~to the closing of the O.&.O. Station at ~echums
River, ~a. and the Attorney for Gommonwealth is authorized to prepar the necessary
resolutions t~ present to the ~tate Ooproration Gommissioner.
In the matter of $75,000.00 of the Robertson Act Loan.
The ~oard after a thorough discussiom of the matter is
of opinion that it is to ~he best interest of the Gounty to put the $~%,000.00 at
interest at once, therefore on motion duly seconded it is ordered that the sum of
$75,000.00 be deposited in the National Bank of Gharlottesville, Va. at ~% interest.
