BE~OLVED Th~:.% the Boamd of Su~rvisors of Albems~le County, Virginia, ea~nes~Iy re-
guest, the Strafe Highway Commission to t~ke over ~ stretch of road known as: the Cis,
mo~t-Gordonzville Highway, leading from Cismont by way of Cash Co~ne~m to Go~dons-
~ille, m distance of ten miles.
On motiom duly seconded it is ordered that bond number 5~, d~ted May lst.1921,
and payable 20 years ~fter date cha~gemble 03/~00 to Chsm. lot%esville District a~d
A?/100 to Eeottsville District be retired from the sinking funds of the above nam-
ed districts.
On motion of J.E.Abell m~ seconded by P.H.Gentry, Hugh F.Simms the present
County Eurveyor, is un '~mimously recommended to Hom. John ~.Fishburne, Judge of the
Circuit Cou~t of Albemarle County, fo~ reappointment am' County Surveyor.
On motiom duly seconded it is ordered that the ~oad leading to Rive~view Cem-
etery he a$op%ed smd t'mken over a~ a County Road upon condition that the citizens
sand the said road.
On motion, of P.H.Gentry and seconded by J.E.Abell it is ordered that ~.L.Eaup-
in, Clerk of the Bosmd, ~otify the grate Accountant to audit the Trea~er~s' Books
as ~equired by law.
The report of Se-~h Burnley, County Engineer, for the month of October 1927 was
presented, examined and ordered to be filed.
G.Stus~t Hamm, Treasure~, presented to the Board a statement togethe~ with all
w~r~htm paid hy him for the month of October 1927. The Board examined said
rants and ordered said stmtement to be filed,
