The minutes of the last meeting were read and approVed.
In the m~tter of relocating a public road from Priddys Creek'C'hurch
to Gilbert Station.
The board being of opinion that the report' of Seth Burnley, County
Engineer, this day filed is in:~due form and should be adopted, therefore on motion
duly seconded it is ordered that the Clerk of the ~oard issue subpoena to ~.W.
~rickenbarger to appear before the Board of Supervisors of Albemarle County at the
Court House of said County on the 16th day of ~anu~ry, 1929 at 11:00 A.~. to show
cause, if any, why the said report in the matter of relocating a public road throug~
their lands should not be adopted.

On motion duly seconded it is ordered that the road fr~'~oc~n's

is hereby adopted as a public road.

tha~ in, tke._future all contributions for building roads must be paid in before the

The report of Seth Burnley, County Engineer for the month of Novembez
1928, was presented, examined and ordered to be filed.
G. Stuart Harem, Treasurer, presented to the Board a statement tog.ethf
with all warrants fo~ the month of November 1928, ,that were-paid by him,-the 'Board
examined said. warrants and ordered said statement to be filed.
